Throw a Ringer Get $5,000 off your Lot Price

January 1, 2008 to March 31, 2008

Purchasers buying a home in Ryders Ridge between January 1, 2008 and March 31, 2008 will have an opportunity to receive $5,000.00 off the lot price, if they sign an unconditional purchase agreement with one of our Builders in Ryders Ridge.

Only 5 awards will be offered by the developer. The opportunity to win an award will be allocated to the purchasers based upon the date of their purchase. Clients who purchased in January will throw the Golden Horseshoe before clients who purchased in February.

If all the awards are not awarded in the first round, a second round of throwing the Golden Horseshoe will be immediately undertaken, until all 5 awards are won.

There will be 3 attempts to throw a ringer per purchaser group, in each round.

All prize amounts will be applied towards the lot price, and will have no cash value otherwise.
