Gerry Lamont, Owner and Founder
There probably isn’t a development problem, roadblock, hurdle or obstacle that Gerry hasn’t seen and can’t solve either with his vast knowledge of the whole building and development process - or simply by strapping on the tool belt he keeps in his car. With his experience supervising construction with Qualico and Cardel, Gerry has helped put roofs over the heads of thousands of Albertans.

Roy Moore, Owner and President
Roy is a professional engineer with more than 25 years experience in all aspects of land development. Roy is a master of the intricacies of the municipal planning process. That means that Lamont projects – like the numerous subdivisions Roy has overseen - move though the approvals process quickly. And that means we save time and money – savings we pass on to our investors and home buyers.

John Gordon, Director of Business Development
John has won numerous design and marketing awards including “Developer of the Year” for Marina Bay – a recreational subdivision also in Sylvan Lake. John is also a chartered accountant, bringing a unique and very valuable mix of skills to Ryders Ridge.
